Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to execution.

  • Research and source vendors, venues, and supplies for events.
  • Help create event timelines and schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to increase event attendance.
  • Coordinate logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site management during events.
