  • Test, manage, and deliver all partner-facing promotional materials
  • Track registration and revenue goals to ensure event success
Renewing Partners for Evergreen or Additional Promotions
  • Lead post-event debrief calls and capture lessons learned
  • Renew existing partners-especially those that don't require new negotiation
  • Identify evergreen opportunities and grow recurring revenue per partner
Creating Raving-Fan Partners
  • Manage invoices and commissions (in partnership with our Finance Team)
  • Ensure on-time commission payouts and performance bonuses
  • Send partner appreciation gifts and touchpoints to keep morale high
Freeing Up the Head of Biz Dev's Time
  • Take administrative and coordination tasks off his plate so he can stay focused on closing
  • Act as an executive assistant when needed to help move deals forward faster

  • % of Events That Happen on Scheduled Date
  • Revenue from Renewals & Evergreen Deals
  • % of Renewal Calls Booked and Completed
  • LTV of Partnerships

You'll Thrive In This Role If You...
  • Love juggling both people and process-you're an organized operator with a warm, can-do attitude
  • Naturally think in systems and love making things run smoother
  • Are energized by deadlines, deliverables, and seeing events come together
  • Enjoy supporting others and playing a key behind-the-scenes role in growth
  • Take ownership, follow through, and always look for ways to improve
