Job description

Monumental Markets has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a full-time Warehouse Manager – Evening (2nd Shift). This will play a key role leading our warehouse team fulfilling customer orders and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of order pickers, truck loaders and support staff in the day-to-day processes around order selection
  • Perform various QC tasks to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
  • Manage order flow through systems to ensure all pick lines are on time
  • Plan staffing across different functions based on daily volume
  • Adhere to safety standards and ensure team is following all established protocols
  • Collaboration with Warehouse Manager - Receiving and other company functions on process improvement ideas
  • Perform inventory counts as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience leading and managing a team in warehouse or similar operations
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environment including walk-in cooler/freezer and high temperature climates in summer
  • Experienced and comfortable using PC and programs such as Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Able to work Sunday – Thursday 3p-12a with ability to be flexible to fit the needs of the business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish
