Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is vital in fostering a welcoming, safe, and responsive environment that enhances the quality of life for residents in an assisted living community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally

2.    Manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately

3.    Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols

4.    Assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information

5.    Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, dining)

6.    Maintain accurate logs and records (e.g., visitor sign-in, package deliveries, resident requests)

7.    Support event coordination and community programming as needed

8.    Respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols

9.    Uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all time

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
