Job Overview
We are hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (English/Spanish) for a PRN telehealth preventive care role in Dallas (Addison area).
In this role, you will conduct virtual preventive health consultations focused on early identification and education around:
- Diabetes risk
- Heart disease prevention
- Stroke prevention
- Depression screening
You will deliver structured, patient-centered care using a telehealth platform and proprietary EMR system, helping patients understand their health risks and take action through individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth preventive health assessments
- Provide clinical education on chronic disease risk (AHA/ACC guidelines)
- Create individualized patient action plans
- Perform depression screening and referrals
- Document patient encounters in EMR system
- Support patients in engaging with employer health resources
- Deliver high-quality, empathetic virtual patient consultations
Requirements
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Active TX APRN license
- Active RN Compact license eligibility required
- National certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP
- Minimum 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience (Primary Care or Internal Medicine preferred)
- Willingness to obtain 3–5 additional state licenses
- Strong communication + multitasking + EMR skills
- Comfortable with telehealth/video-based care delivery
Schedule
- PRN with minimum 80 hours per month availability (Operating days are Monday through Sunday).
- Shifts normally begin as early as 7:00AM and end as late as 9:00PM - Monday through Friday; Saturday's and Sunday's 8am - 3pm
- Onsite telehealth studio (Dallas – Addison area) using our remote platform
