Job description

At Front Row, we partner with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth. We leverage our capabilities and proprietary technology to design, market, distribute, and scale brands on a global level. Our expertise spans all aspects of ecommerce, ensuring brands have the hands-on support, niche knowledge, and first-access they need to win in the world's most competitive commerce markets. We operate with a 360-degree perspective-sharing knowledge, leveraging data, and creating efficiencies to drive sustained growth.
We thrive on the exchange of energy between brands and audiences, and we've made it our mission to expand every brand's market share and heart share. Because we believe every transaction has the potential to be transformational.
We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, and TikTok Shop to craft strategies unique to each brand. We ensure pricing and channel strategies are protected at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.
Product Manager - Catapult
A first-principle driven, strategic, and execution-focused Product Manager is needed to drive the development and scaling of our ecommerce platform, Catapult. In this high-impact role, you will own product roadmaps, innovate upon and optimize platform capabilities, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance automation, performance, and user experience. You will work closely with engineering, UX, insights, and business leaders to shape the future of our ecommerce technology stack and drive tangible business outcomes while owning and leading agile methodology based ceremonies and development processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the product roadmap for your assigned modules in Catapult, driving enhancements in automation, analytics, and marketplace integrations.
  • Lead the advancement of platform capabilities and internal systems, ensuring optimized workflows for product visibility and data accuracy.
  • Lead and own agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution of tickets for the development team.
  • Use AI-native workflows in your own work including discovery, customer research synthesis, PRD drafting, data analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate ideas with AI tools (e.g., Claude, FigmaMake). Stand up clickable prototypes in hours, not weeks, and put them in front of users and internal stakeholders to test value before engineering commits.
  • Identify and ship AI-powered capabilities across Front Row. This includes agentic workflows, LLM-driven insights, intelligent automation, and conversational interfaces that unlock real business value for the brands we serve.
  • Collaborate with engineers, finance, operations, and leadership to ensure our technology meets business objectives.
  • Communicate strategies and insights effectively to multiple stakeholders, driving alignment on product priorities and investments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor advancements, and emerging ecommerce technologies to inform product innovation.
  • Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactively identifying opportunities, and fostering generous collaboration across teams to develop innovative, high-impact solutions.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
  • A strong understanding of fulfillment operations, 3PLs, and finance.
  • Experience leading agile methodologies, including backlog management, ticket prioritization, and facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Active use of LLMs and AI coding tools in daily workflows
  • Hands-on AI prototyping experience (e.g., Claude, FigmaMake)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Experience managing complex technical products, from ideation to execution, with a deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

If you're excited by the challenge of shaping the future of ecommerce technology and delivering cutting-edge solutions that help brands scale, we want to hear from you!
Benefits:
  • Health, dental, and vision
  • PTO
  • Summer Fridays
  • Wellness and commuter benefits
  • Work with a fun, consultative team of experts
  • Location - headquartered in SoHo, New York City with offices in San Diego, Hamburg and Bratislava
