The Role
This internship is for design students who combine strong design sensibility with curiosity about systems, storytelling, and emerging technologies. You will support live projects by helping teams frame ideas, visualize insights, and communicate clear, compelling narratives while exploring how new tools can shape early-stage design thinking.
Who You Are
• Portfolio-driven with strong design sensibility and graphic excellence
• Skilled at telling the story of a project through visuals, diagrams, and narrative
• Curious about workflows, systems, and how projects are structured and delivered
• Actively exploring emerging AI and digital tools and interested in applying them to design
• Comfortable learning new technologies independently and sharing insights with teams
• Interested in research-driven and data-informed approaches
• Enrolled in a rigorous architecture or related program (final-year undergrad or graduate student)
What You Will Do
Analysis & Visualization
• Analyze and visually synthesize qualitative and quantitative information
• Help craft the narrative of projects through diagrams, layouts, and presentations
• Produce high-quality graphics that communicate complex ideas clearly
Design & Research Support
• Under supervision, prepare studies, models, sketches, and renderings
• Research spatial typologies and translate into clear visual frameworks
Tools & Workflows Support
• Test emerging tools and digital workflows relevant to early-stage design
• Help integrate new tools into design and strategy processes
Skills
• Exceptional graphic and visual communication skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and craft
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience with Rhino/Revit/CAD or similar tools
• Exposure to GIS, data visualization, and computational tools is a plus
