Overview
Program Supervisor, Counseling
Full-Time | Palm Beach | Hybrid (75% of time spent in the field locally)
Catapult Learning is seeking a mission-driven Program Supervisor to manage and support the delivery of high-quality counseling services in schools across the region. This leadership role ensures program alignment with Catapult Learning's educational standards, oversees the performance of counseling staff, and fosters strong partnerships with school stakeholders.
The Program Supervisor plays a key role in student success by guiding counselors, communicating with school leaders, managing instructional resources, and collaborating with the leadership team. Responsibilities
Instructional Oversight & Program Quality
  • Monitor and support instructional program delivery to ensure adherence to Catapult Learning standards and educational outcomes.
  • Conduct regular informal and formal lesson observations; provide coaching and feedback to counselors.
  • Support counselors in developing instructional strategies and schedules tailored to student needs.
  • Assist with student assessments and provide support in conferencing with families and school staff.
    School & District Relationships
  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with principals, classroom teachers, and district representatives.
  • Communicate regularly with school partners to ensure smooth program implementation and satisfaction.
  • Report instructional concerns and supply needs to the Area Manager/Regional Director.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to address program challenges or instructional issues.
    Operational & Administrative Support
  • Manage program library and oversee materials inventory, ordering, and organization.
  • Ensure program spaces meet safety and appearance standards conducive to learning.
  • Submit monthly reports and additional documentation to leadership as required.
  • Provide support for contract renewal and growth of existing programs.
  • Assist counselors with the completion of company, district, or state-required documentation.
  • Lead monthly team meetings to address instructional and operational updates.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
    Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise counselors as needed.
  • Guide counselors through Catapult Learning training and prepare them for successful compliance reviews.
  • Provide coaching and feedback through pre- and post-observation conferences.
  • Support counselors with lesson planning, record-keeping, and documentation compliance.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture grounded in collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Master's degree
  • Valid FLDOE guidance certificate or FLDOH license (interns accepted)
  • At least two years related supervisory experience in education
  • Must be able to teach all basic skills or other related areas and interact with students and administrators.
  • Has the ability to handle multiple priorities and travel between multiple school sites
  • Must understand that all children can learn
  • Must demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers
  • Must be flexible
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
