Catapult Learning is looking for a full-time Site Coordinator to support instructional programming. All site coordinator tasks will be guided by the program supervisor.
Overview
How you'll be there for staff & students:
Essential duties and responsibilities.
  • Review inventory and provide Supervisor with a list of materials that need to be ordered
  • Organize materials and curriculum
  • Distribute materials and curriculum to tutors as needed during the school year
  • Provide support tosupervisorwith pre-service and on-going training in curriculum
  • Provide in-class support for proper curriculum implementation and lesson delivery
  • Inform tutors of changes to their daily schedules which may result in alternative assignments
  • Lead daily/weekly group meetings to discuss classroom sessions
  • Confirm that all staffarepresent by the scheduled start time each morning; confirm departure at scheduled end time
  • Ensure tutors are in their assigned classrooms and ready to provide instruction as scheduled
  • Enter/activate groups inour Catapult database(CLC)
  • Analyze student data at the direction and with the support of the program supervisor
  • Ensure that student attendance is entered daily in the Attendance app
  • Counsel staff on school or Catapult policy infractions as appropriate
  • Confirm that tutor attendance is entered into UltiPro daily
  • Confirm that tutor attendance in UltiPro matches the paper time sheets
  • Ensure safety of students in the classroom
  • Provide input for tutor's90-dayevaluations and end-of-year performance reviews
  • Manage emergencies by communicating with the Program Supervisor
  • Communicate with school designeeregardingstudent attendance or behavior, after bringing to the attention of the Supervisor
  • Must attend all staff meetings/trainings
  • Substitute for absent staff members as needed
  • Other job responsibilities as assigned
