Catapult is building the future of sports performance technology, with a mission to Unleash the Potential of every athlete and team on earth. We don't just work in the sporting industry; we are actively changing it. Since 2006, our solutions have been leading the way in sports performance software, science, and data, in a world where 1% can literally mean the difference between winning and losing.

We work with over 5,000+ teams around the world, empowering coaches, managers and trainers in premier teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, EPL, AFL, NRL, NCAA and more. We provide the information they need to optimize athletes' health, game-day readiness, and performance, as well as in-game tactics.

Catapult is a sports technology company that empowers professional teams to make data-driven decisions. We deliver health, performance, video, and AI insights from the locker room to competitive environments, ensuring every decision is an opportunity to gain an advantage, sharpen performance, and build lasting success.

We Want People Who Are Passionate About Creating Exceptional Workplace Experiences And Fostering Vibrant, Connected Office Culture Across Multiple Locations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and inquisitive professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our Americas offices. This growth-oriented, part-time role (approximately 6 hours per day, 4 days per week on-site) is perfect for someone looking to join a thriving sports-tech company without full-time hours. While your primary focus will always be the seamless management of our physical workspaces in the Americas region, you are someone who is eager to gain broad, hands-on experience and contribute to the vibrant culture that makes Catapult a great place to work. If you thrive on variety, love building community, and want exposure to the world of People & Culture (HR) and Operations, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Multi-Site Office Management: Oversee and elevate the daily operations of our office locations in Boston and Wilmington, MA, while providing remote operational support for our Maitland, Florida, and Buenos Aires, Argentina offices. Responsibilities include overseeing office layout and space planning, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and budgeting for office expenses and supplies.

Culture Advocacy: Support office culture by organizing team events, social gatherings, and celebrations that foster connection and boost morale across all four locations.

Operational Excellence: Manage essential daily tasks, including office supply procurement, snack/beverage stocking, mail delivery, maintaining basic office tidiness, and acting as the primary liaison for building management and vendors. Lead project management on any projects relating to the office, including office refurbishments/remodeling.

P&C Collaboration: Participate in People & Culture (P&C) initiatives such as local culture building, benefits administration support, and light HR administration (onboarding support, record keeping).

Flexible & Reliable Presence: Maintain a dedicated part-time schedule of 24โ€“26 hours on-site per week to support our teams during core business hours; this includes traveling independently to our Wilmington office approximately once per week (and additionally as needed) to ensure consistent operational standards and a strong team presence across sites.

What You'll Need
  • Relevant Experience: Office support experience is not required; however, previous experience in office management, office moves, and/or office buildouts is a major plus and will help you hit the ground running.
  • Community Spirit: A background or strong interest in culture building and creating inclusive, engaging workplace environments.
  • Independence: The ability to travel independently between office sites (specifically to Wilmington, MA) and manage your time effectively across different locations.
  • Organizational Prowess: A natural ability to juggle multiple operational tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, particularly People & Culture (HR).
  • Communication Skills: A professional and welcoming demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with everyone from vendors to executive leadership.
What Your Success Will Look Like
  • In 6 months timeโ€ฆ
  • You have established a consistent operational rhythm across the Boston and Wilmington offices, with the Maitland & Buenos Aires teams feeling fully supported remotely.
  • You have successfully coordinated several team events that have significantly contributed to the local office "buzz" and employee engagement.
  • You are comfortably assisting the P&C team with weekly administrative tasks and have become a "go-to" resource for office-related questions.
  • In 12 months timeโ€ฆ
  • You have mastered the complexities of multi-site management and played a key role in any office improvements or space optimizations.
  • Your contribution to P&C initiatives has expanded, giving you a deep understanding of Catapult's culture and internal operations.
  • You are recognized as the cultural pillar of the Americas offices, having built a foundation of operational excellence that allows the rest of the team to perform at their best.

Why Catapult?

  • We have amazing people. We promise you'll work with some of the most ambitious, intelligent people in an exciting industry, and do some of the best work of your life.
  • We encourage our people to engage in constructive, open, and honest communication to make Catapult extraordinary.
  • We work in a collaborative yet challenging environment to consistently improve our performance, which in turn impacts our customers' performance.
  • Our workforce spans more than 20 countries. You'll have the opportunity to work with people from multiple nationalities and cultures, and to build your global awareness.
  • We value improvement and development. We are challenging ourselves to continuously grow and become a high-performance company. That means we maintain a growth mindset in everything we do, and our people are always looking for ways to improve. There is an unlimited opportunity to grow, do more, and do better.

The target Total Compensation range for this position is $33-$40 per hour.
