Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer HR Intern to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting, sourcing, and administrative operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in talent acquisition and human resources while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruiting and sourcing process, including reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates
  • Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates via phone, email, or LinkedIn
  • Support the HR team with data entry and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates
  • Perform scanning, shredding, and digitizing of employee files to maintain accurate records
