Overview

The Human Resources Administration Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This internship offers exposure to HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, HR systems, reporting, and general HR administration.

Job Responsibilities 

•    Assist with new hire onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
•    Support employee changes and updates within the HR information system (HRIS).
•    Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
•    Assist with preparing HR reports, employee lists, and spreadsheets.
•    Help process and track employee status, position, department, and organizational changes.
•    Maintain and update organizational charts, Excel trackers, and other HR records to ensure employee information remains accurate and up to date.
•    Support HR audits and data clean-up initiatives.
•    Assist with HR projects and other departmental initiatives as needed.
•    Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive employee information.

Qualifications 

•    Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with Dayforce HRIS is a plus.
•    Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
•    Interest in Human Resources operations and administration.

SALARY: $18.00 per hour
