Overview: Job Description: Overview: The EUC Engineer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's end-user computing environment, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of desktop and virtual workspace solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Windows desktop and laptop environments
  • Administer and maintain VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, etc.)
  • Perform software packaging, deployment, and patch management
  • Troubleshoot OS, application, and hardware-related issues
  • Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security tools
  • Automate tasks using scripting (PowerShell preferred)
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for continuous improvements
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Windows OS and desktop engineering
  • Hands-on expertise in VDI technologies (Citrix, VMware)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint tools
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
