Job description

Role:  MacOS EngineerLocation: New JerseyDuration: 6 to 12 Months+
 
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 macOS Engineer with strong expertise in Jamf Pro and enterprise MDM platforms to provide advanced support, drive automation, and manage large-scale Mac environments. The candidate will act as the escalation point for complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement across the Apple ecosystem

·  5+ years of experience in macOS engineering / desktop support

·  5+ years of experience managing Jamf Pro / MDM platforms in large enterprise environments (10,000+ devices preferred).

·  Strong expertise in Apple ecosystem, including:

  • Apple Business Manager (ABM)
  • Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
  • Configuration profiles and policy frameworks

·  Deep knowledge of:

  • macOS architecture and troubleshooting
  • Jamf policies, profiles, and packaging
  • macOS scripting and automation
