Join our End User Computing (EUC) team, where we are passionate about delivering secure, seamless, and modern workplace technology experiences. We manage and optimize the devices, applications, and platforms that empower employees to work efficiently from anywhere. As an EUC Engineer, you'll collaborate with infrastructure, security, service management, and business teams to drive innovation, improve user experiences, and maintain a reliable endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an EUC Engineer, you will play a key role in engineering, managing, securing, and optimizing the end user technology environment.

Endpoint Engineering & Standard Operating Environment (SOE)

  • Create, maintain, and enhance Windows Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images aligned with organizational standards.
  • Design and deliver new SOE image projects and deployment solutions.
  • Manage software image lifecycle activities, including updates, testing, and validation.
  • Perform image quality assurance, software compatibility reviews, and malware protection checks.
  • Execute installation, integration, and functional testing activities.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and update ITSM records for all image-related changes.

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Platform Administration

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
  • Recommend EUC platform architecture, standards, and best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging endpoint technologies and tools to improve platform capabilities.
  • Test and validate new standards and solutions for compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • Document platform configurations, exceptions, and operational procedures.

Software Packaging & Deployment

  • Develop and maintain software packaging and deployment standards.
  • Create deployment-ready application packages (MSI, IntuneWin, and other formats).
  • Conduct packaging validation and pre-deployment testing.
  • Schedule, deploy, and monitor application rollouts across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure software licensing compliance.
  • Provide reporting on software deployment success rates and operational metrics.

Mobile Device Management (MDM)

  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune MDM capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain mobile device enrollment processes.
  • Configure device policies, compliance controls, and security baselines.
  • Deploy and manage mobile applications across enterprise-managed devices.
  • Monitor compliance posture and generate operational reports.
  • Provide technical support for device enrollment and configuration activities.

Active Directory & Group Policy Administration

  • Maintain Active Directory services, security controls, and operational health.
  • Create, modify, and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Conduct periodic health checks and security reviews.
  • Monitor directory services performance and compliance requirements.
  • Produce documentation and reporting related to Active Directory operations.

Apple Device Management (JAMF)

  • Administer and maintain JAMF Pro for macOS and iOS environments.
  • Create and deploy configuration profiles, policies, and software packages.
  • Manage Apple device enrollment, compliance, inventory, and lifecycle activities.
  • Integrate JAMF with identity management and security platforms.
  • Troubleshoot macOS and iOS device management challenges.
  • Maintain JAMF-related documentation and operational processes.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Document technical processes and support operational excellence.
  • Contribute to endpoint security initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Track activities and changes through ITSM processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement using scripting and endpoint management tools.
What You'll Bring to the Team:Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
  • Strong background in Windows OS engineering, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and deploying SOE desktop images.
  • Experience with software packaging, application deployment, and endpoint security management.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO) administration, and identity services.
  • Experience managing mobile devices, security policies, and compliance controls.
  • Working knowledge of JAMF Pro and Apple device management technologies.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
