Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Architect for a full-time position in Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO. The role involves leading a technical team in designing Salesforce solutions, creating technical roadmaps, and ensuring adherence to best practices in Salesforce architecture.
Responsibilities:
• Leading other Salesforce technical team in the solutioning and designing. Acting as the technical leader for the team and helping and educating the team with technical best practices in the Salesforce
• Building proof of concepts (POC) to enable business needs with salesforce technology, features, and functionalities.
• Creating technical roadmaps for the salesforce org and influencing the business, product owners and leadership team to sponsor the technical roadmap items and add to the platform roadmap. Acting as the trusted advisor for the business to design and architect solution to business problems
• Setting the standards for the Salesforce org with the reference architecture, salesforce best practices, and design principles.
• Act Independently and have the ability to quickly and positively adapt to change. Able to manage and prioritize complex workloads across multiple workstreams.
• Use business insight and comprehension to understand business objectives and desired outcomes, create relevant alternative solutions that can be evaluated for best fit and alignment to those outcomes and deliver those capabilities that help Nissan meet its target state and long-term value proposition.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in implementing and delivering solutions built on Salesforce platform and exposure to Sales, Service, Experience Cloud & Energy Utilities Cloud (EUC) implementation.
• Experience in business requirements analysis, Solution architecture, designing, and solution delivery.
• Exposure and understanding of enterprise architecture principles and Salesforce Well architected concepts.
• Working experience in the Agile Delivery frameworks.
• Experience implementing scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions using best architecture principle.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps processes and tools, including Copado.
• Should have hands-on implementation experience using the following skillsets: EUC, Vlocity, Omniscript, LWC, Apex Class/Apex Query, Salesforce Apex Triggers, Visual Force page, Async process, FLOWs, Concept of REST/SOAP Integration, Concept of integrated architecture with other applications/systems.
• Leading other Salesforce technical team in the solutioning and designing.
• Acting as the technical leader for the team and helping and educating the team with technical best practices in the Salesforce.
• Building proof of concepts (POC) to enable business needs with salesforce technology, features, and functionalities.
• Creating technical roadmaps for the salesforce org and influencing the business, product owners and leadership team to sponsor the technical roadmap items and add to the platform roadmap.
