POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Escrow Closer or Escrow Officer to join our Seaside branch. The ideal candidate has 3โ€“5 years of escrow experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage transactions from opening through closing. LOCATION This role is onsite based in our Seaside, OR office. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing. Prepare and review escrow instructions, closing documents, and settlement statements. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents. Ensure all documents and funds are accurate, compliant, and processed timely. Identify and resolve issues that may impact closing timelines. Maintain precise records and adhere to regulatory and company requirements. Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the transaction. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 3โ€“5 years of escrow experience required. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience working with residential and/or commercial transactions. Working knowledge of escrow procedures, title processes, and closing requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with escrow software and Microsoft Office.
