POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Closer or Escrow Officer to join our Seaside branch. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of escrow experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage transactions from opening through closing.

LOCATION

This role is onsite based in our Seaside, OR office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing.

  • Prepare and review escrow instructions, closing documents, and settlement statements.

  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents.

  • Ensure all documents and funds are accurate, compliant, and processed timely.

  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact closing timelines.

  • Maintain precise records and adhere to regulatory and company requirements.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the transaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

  • 3-5 years of escrow experience required.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Experience working with residential and/or commercial transactions.

  • Working knowledge of escrow procedures, title processes, and closing requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with escrow software and Microsoft Office.
