Escrow Officer / Branch Manager (Working Manager)
Location: Gresham, OR
We are seeking a producing Escrow Officer / Branch Manager to lead our Gresham branch into its next chapter. This is an opportunity to bring fresh energy, strong operational leadership, and a clear vision to an established office ready for renewed momentum.
This is a true working manager role where you'll lead the team while maintaining your own escrow pipeline, setting the tone for performance, accountability, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full pipeline of escrow transactions, including resale, refinance, and new construction
  • Oversee daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Establish clear processes and expectations to drive consistency and accountability
  • Lead, coach, and develop escrow staff to elevate performance and service delivery
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements that streamline workflow and reduce risk
  • Build and strengthen relationships with agents, lenders, and clients in the Gresham market

Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $113,300.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
