Job description

We are seeking an Escrow Operations Manager to become an integral part of our winning team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. Please do not apply unless you have at least 10 years of escrow officer experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational practices
  • Be responsible to cover for an Escrow Officer who is out or be able to arrange coverage.
  • Run a light desk and hopefully have a small book of business.
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations

  • You must be professional and friendly to everyone.
  • Experience in Commercial and SFR property escrows
  • Min. of 5 years of previous experience in operations or other related fields
  • Must be excellent at leadership for our staff
