Position Overview
The Rental Coordinator oversees rental sales and support services, ensuring smooth communication and information flow for the branch's equipment rental fleet. This role involves identifying customer rental needs and managing all related reservations. Strong customer service skills and willingness to operate a equipment are essential for success in this role.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES*:
โ€ข Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
โ€ข Establish new rental and sales accounts by assisting walk-in and call-in customers
โ€ข Negotiate equipment rental and contractor supply pricing in line with company policies
โ€ข Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations for delivery timing
โ€ข Generate new business leads and share them with Outside Sales Representatives
โ€ข Maintain a clean, well-stocked showroom with merchandise
โ€ข Coordinate with outside vendors for parts orders and equipment maintenance
โ€ข Keep the yard organized and clean, including washing, fueling, and staging equipment for reservations
โ€ข Assist with loading and unloading trucks
โ€ข Receive parts accurately, verifying against purchase orders and packing slips
โ€ข Contact customers with overdue rentals to bring accounts current
โ€ข Reconcile the cash drawer daily
โ€ข Coordinate with onsite contacts for equipment deliveries or exchanges
โ€ข Collaborate with shop personnel and sales reps to fulfill reservations, service requests, and customer needs
โ€ข Review financials and rental status monthly
โ€ข Support additional branch locations either onsite or remotely with assigned tasks
