Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time | Seasonal

TLC Rents, a leading Event Equipment Rental company, is looking for dependable, detail‑oriented team members to join our warehouse operations. Our inventory includes tents, lounge furniture, décor, staging, catering equipment, tables, chairs, linens, China, glassware, and more.

Position Summary

The General Warehouse Associate / Equipment Preparation Specialist is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, organizing, and preparing rental equipment for customer pickup or delivery. This role ensures all items meet our quality standards and supports customer service at the warehouse dock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, inspect, and prepare rental equipment

  • Pull, stage, and organize orders for pickup or delivery

  • Load/unload equipment into customer vehicles or company trucks

  • Assist with check‑in/check‑out procedures and paperwork

  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)

  • Perform light repairs or maintenance using hand tools

  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, will‑call area, and parking lot

  • Safely store and restock equipment

  • Provide basic equipment instructions to customers

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures

  • Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing

  • Regularly lifting 50+ lbs

Preferred Qualifications
  • Warehouse or general labor experience

  • Forklift experience (preferred, not required)
