Customer Rental Sales Agent – Memphis, TN

As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll help customers find the right rental solutions, provide exceptional service from start to finish, and confidently recommend products and services that enhance their travel experience. We'll provide comprehensive training so you have the tools to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close rental agreements while delivering personalized, high-quality customer service
  • Clearly answer customer questions regarding charges, vehicle condition, directions, and other concerns
  • Recommend optional products including protection coverage, GPS, fuel options, and vehicle upgrades
  • Prepare vehicles by washing, vacuuming, refueling, and detailing
  • Occasionally shuttle vehicles to and from nearby locations
  • Perform office duties including answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Support teammates by assisting other rental agents or nearby locations as needed
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
