Responsibilities may include building templates, troubleshooting system issues, training staff, and collaborating with other Epic application teams. This role requires Epic Cadence certification and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve scheduling efficiency and patient access.

What are some common challenges an Epic Cadence analyst or administrator faces on the job?

In an Epic Cadence role, you may encounter challenges such as managing complex scheduling configurations, integrating new departments or services, and ensuring that system updates do not disrupt existing workflows.
