Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Epic Cadence & Cheers Analyst to support healthcare IT projects and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Cheers CRM, campaign execution, workflow optimization, and Cadence support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  •  Support and optimize Epic Cadence and Cheers CRM workflows 
  •  Build, execute, and maintain campaigns in Cheers CRM 
  •  Participate in implementations, enhancements, and support activities 
  •  Troubleshoot issues and support workflow improvements 
  •  Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams 
  •  Assist with testing, configuration, and end-user support 
Qualifications
  •  Experience as an Epic Cadence Analyst 
  •  Prior implementation experience with Epic Cheers or Tapestry CRM
