Overview
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale cyber and enterprise technology initiatives in support of Department of Defense (DoD) operations.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale programs with budgets exceeding $5M
  • Oversee cyber range and IT/OT technology programs to ensure successful execution
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with senior-level DoD personnel and defense industry stakeholders
  • Monitor program performance, ensuring compliance with technical, security, and operational standards
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Ensure effective communication across all program participants

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience

Certifications
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent commercial certification
  • OR minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience managing budgets over $5M

Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of Program Management experience OR senior-level DoD experience
  • Experience as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with senior DoD personnel
  • Proven record of increasing leadership responsibilities
  • Strong technical background in enterprise-level technology management
  • At least 2 years of experience managing cyber range or IT/OT programs
