The primary focus of this role is reaching out to franchisees within large national franchise systems to educate and enroll them in recurring direct mail programs-monthly, quarterly, or seasonal campaigns that are typically opt-in and franchisee-funded. These are turnkey marketing programs that have already been approved at the brand level and simply need local participation.
In addition, this role will support outbound prospecting and appointment-setting efforts around trade shows and other initiatives designed to grow new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchisee Outreach & Enrollment:
Call and email franchisees to promote participation in PrintComm's brand-approved direct mail programs
Explain program benefits, pricing, and enrollment processes clearly and effectively
Follow up with interested contacts and assist in onboarding
Appointment Setting & Lead Generation:
Schedule sales appointments with prospects from large retail/franchise organizations
Support trade show efforts by reaching out to pre- and post-show contact lists
CRM Management & Sales Coordination:

Participate in regular training and coaching sessions
Develop knowledge of PrintComm's direct mail strategies, capabilities, and vertical markets
Qualifications:
0-3 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and managing objections
Friendly, enthusiastic, and highly organized
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive base salary
Performance-based commissions and bonuses
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid time off and holidays
Ongoing coaching and career advancement opportunities
$45,000 - $50,000 a year
