Bob Johnson Kia has an immediate opening for a driven, professional Sales Consultant ready to perform at a high level.

We are the highest-volume Kia dealer in the district and consistently outsell every competitor in the market. That translates directly into more customer traffic, more opportunities, and greater earning potential for the right person. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable presenting numbers, negotiating terms, and guiding customers from initial contact through delivery while providing a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities include working within our established sales process, completing customer delivery paperwork, gathering and verifying all customer and vehicle information including payoffs, and maintaining strong knowledge of vehicle features and technology. You will also be responsible for securing titles and lien releases, keeping your workspace clean and organized, and consistently presenting yourself in a professional manner. Most importantly, you will be expected to represent our core values of teamwork, integrity, drive, and personal improvement in every customer interaction.
