Outbound BDC | Delivery Coordinator | Technology Specialist
Valley Cadillac – Rochester, NY

Valley Cadillac is looking for a driven, confident, and coachable Sales Assistant to join our Sales Team. This is an entry-level, developmental position built for individuals who want to grow into a professional Cadillac Sales Consultant.

This role includes significant outbound customer MDC-style customer contact, hands-on delivery coordination, and Cadillac technology support. The position is designed as a 6–12 month growth track, with promotion to the sales floor based on performance, attitude, and aptitude.


Role Overview

The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in generating showroom opportunities, supporting vehicle deliveries, and enhancing the customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys proactive outreach, and wants to build real sales skills in a structured environment.


Core Responsibilities

Outbound BDC / Customer Development

  • Make proactive outbound calls, texts, and emails to:
    • Re-engage past customers
    • Follow up with previous showroom visits
    • Support equity, upgrade, and service-to-sales opportunities
  • Set quality sales appointments for the Sales Team
  • Log all activity accurately in the CRM
  • Maintain high daily activity standards and professionalism

This role focuses on creating opportunities, not passively reacting to inbound leads.


Delivery Coordinator Support

  • Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery
  • Support Sales Consultants during customer deliveries
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged
  • Help deliver a polished, luxury-level handoff experience

Technology Specialist Duties

  • Guide customers through Cadillac technology and features
  • Assist with phone pairing, Cadillac app setup, and infotainment basics
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for post-delivery questions

Training & Development

  • Learn Valley Cadillac’s sales process from the ground up
  • Participate in sales training, coaching, and product education
  • Demonstrate readiness for increased responsibility and customer ownership
