Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Business Analytics, AI & Supply Chain Analyst. The role involves analyzing supply chain data, developing dashboards, and applying AI/ML techniques to improve processes and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel for KPI tracking and performance monitoring.
• Apply AI/ML techniques and GenAI tools to automate workflows, enhance forecasting, and improve supplier compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, and audit readiness.
• Support inventory optimization, procurement strategies, and logistics planning through advanced analytics.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• 0–2 years of experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and compliance frameworks
