Job description

A growing organization is seeking a Freelance Supply Chain Data Analyst to provide analytical support across core supply chain functions. This role is well suited for a data-driven professional who can interpret operational information, improve reporting accuracy, and help teams make informed decisions in a dynamic environment. The analyst will work with supply chain data related to inventory, purchasing, logistics, and production planning to identify trends, monitor performance, and support daily execution. This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and turning large data sets into practical business insight. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and performance improvement opportunities. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models that support planning, inventory control, and logistics visibility. Monitor purchase orders, shipment schedules, and material availability to support continuity across the supply chain. Validate and reconcile data across internal systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Investigate exceptions such as delivery delays, stock discrepancies, and supplier performance issues, then summarize findings clearly. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, and planning. Provide timely ad hoc analysis to support operational decisions and shifting business priorities. Recommend process improvements based on data trends and recurring supply chain challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr
