This role requires a hands-on analyst who can independently build, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions while partnering closely with Supply Chain leadership, IT, third-party developers, and business stakeholders. The position sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, IT, and business operations and demands strong analytical capability, data visualization skills, and technical fluency in reporting systems and data integration.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights

  • Translate data into actionable insights supporting cost reduction, operational efficiency, category management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Review invoice, purchase order, supplier, catalog, and spend data to improve visibility into purchasing patterns and category performance.
  • Identify top spend areas, supplier concentration, category trends, and other findings requiring leadership attention.
  • Partner with Supply Chain leadership to define KPIs, reporting priorities, and performance frameworks.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership, IT, and third-party developers to support reporting connectivity, including API-based integrations where required.
  • Help define reporting requirements, field mappings, category hierarchies, and logic to ensure accurate and sustainable dashboards.
  • Contribute to scalable reporting processes that improve consistency, visibility, and efficiency across the supply chain function.
Automation & Process Improvement
  • Automate recurring reports and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, validation, categorization, and reporting.
  • Enhance reporting standards to ensure focus on decision-relevant insights.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting logic, dashboard structure, and data management practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align analytics with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical resources to ensure reporting solutions meet operational requirements.
  • Support category managers and supply chain leadership with analysis, presentations, and executive-ready deliverables.
Emerging Tools & Advanced Analytics
  • Leverage automation, AI tools, and modern analytics technologies to improve reporting efficiency and analytical output.
  • Stay current on emerging analytics capabilities and recommend practical applications.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis, summarize findings, and enhance reporting workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, procurement, operations, or finance analysis roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, lookups, structured reporting, charting).
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
