Description

This role will work with a team of programmers and analysts working with the Jack Henry Deposit Escrow and Jack Henry Sweeps systems. The primary focus will be new installations for financial institutions, but will include other tasks between installs, such as upgrades. What you’ll be responsible for: · Software installations on AS400 and Windows Servers. · May assist with code review, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and resolve issues. · Learns assignments and designs/develops programming requirements and software specifications. · May assist with programming and testing all or selected components of applications. · Learns to analyze and resolve test result problems and debugs production issues. · May participate in creating programming documentation. · Stays updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills and enhance software development processes. · Adheres to organizational standards, policies, and procedures related to software development, security, and compliance. · Performs other duties as assigned.
