• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain insights into clients' concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for open dialogue and personal reflection.
• Respond to mental health crises with appropriate intervention strategies, providing immediate support to clients facing acute challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and address clients' comprehensive needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in mental health treatment through ongoing professional development, including workshops and networking opportunities.

The clients you will serve come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Possession of a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.

• Strong clinical skills, particularly in assessment and diagnosis, are essential.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
