Your Role: As an RBT / Associate Clinical Supervisor at LBS, you’ll be at the heart of our mission. You will:

  • Provide direct therapy to clients in their homes or community settings.
  • Provide supervision for BTs/RBTs under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Lead Parent meetings under BCBA supervision
  • Regularly meet with assigned supervisor
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare detailed session notes.
  • Work directly with clients while simultaneously collecting data.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients and team members.
  • Implement individualized goals and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or in the process of completing one), or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • Candidates pursuing their BCBA are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation
  • A strong passion for working with toddlers, children, and teens (ages 2-22).
  • Innovative, compassionate, and a true team player.
  • Culturally competent and able to relate to diverse learners.
