Lasting Behavioral Solutions (LBS) is looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team! As a BT at LBS, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. You’ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills — all while making a real impact in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies.
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions.
- Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress.
- Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or currently enrolled in college courses.
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
