Description
Sales Development Representative
Marketing- Sandy, UT
Med One is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive outbound lead generation and support our growing Sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales or marketing career who is eager to learn, enjoys making calls, and wants to develop strong prospecting skills in a team-first environment.
As a SDR, you'll focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and helping generate new opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. You'll collaborate closely with our BDR Lead and Sales reps and play an important role in helping Med One connect with the right customers.
Essential Functions:
  • Proactively generate outbound leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social prospecting.
  • Qualify outbound leads based on Med One's customer profile.
  • Qualify prospects based on Med One's ideal customer profile and prepare clean handoffs to Sales.
  • Maintain daily activity goals (calls, emails, follow-ups) to drive top-of-funnel engagement.
  • Follow defined outreach cadences and use provided messaging frameworks and tools.
  • Track all activity in our CRM (HubSpot) with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve outreach techniques.
  • Collaborate with the BDR Lead and marketing to align on campaign targeting.

Job Requirements
  • 0-1+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role.
  • Willingness to make a high volume of outreach calls daily (e.g., 60-80+ calls/day).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Self-starter who's eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excitement - Love the journey and help motivate others to do the same
  • Organized, coachable, and motivated by team success
  • Prior exposure to sales or business development in a B2B setting is a plus
  • Experience with platforms like LinkedIn and a willingness to learn new platforms
