Job description

We are seeking a motivated, personable and dynamic individual for the role of Sales Development. The Sales Development representative will receive hands on training and mentorship to learn about our products/services, and industry best practices.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Shadow experienced sales professionals during customer meetings, design meetings to gain practical insights into sales procedures 
•    Learn to effectively communicate how we differ from the larger industry, address customer inquiries and packaging challenges
•    Work in collaboration with design and production to provide a seamless customer experience
•    Creatively problem solve customers’ issues to improve their packaging
•    Create, and maintain strong customer relationships
•    Maintain thorough and detailed records of customer interactions, sales information and activity
•    Continuously seek feedback and incorporate learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and performance
•    Responsible for managing existing customers while focusing on growth and profitability through new customers.
•    Track and submit weekly sales report to management
 
Ideal Qualifications:
•    Minimum 2 years Sales experience or similar field
•    Effective communication, listening and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business environments
•    Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
