Campbell Marketing & Communications is looking for an enthusiastic individual to help develop and manage several clients' social media as well as Campbell Marketing & Communications' own social media. The individual will work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team managing B2B, B2C client social media accounts.
This role is an entry level, non-managerial role. Applicants should have one year of relevant professional experience managing social media for an organization with strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written), self-motivated, and able to work independently in a high-volume environment.

Position Summary
The Social Analytics Specialist is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and translating social media performance into actionable insights that inform content strategy, campaign optimization, and business decisions. This role works closely with account teams, strategy, creative, paid media, and client teams to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide data-driven recommendations across social and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Measurement
  • Develop recurring social performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Track and analyze KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement, video views, follower growth, CTR, traffic, conversions, and sentiment.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and platforms.

Insights & Optimization
  • Identify audience, content, and platform trends to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze top-performing content and uncover opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-friendly summaries.

Dashboard Management
  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Hookit, Brandwatch, Sprout, Cision, social media platforms, source analytics, and similar platforms.
  • Partner with paid media and web analytics teams to connect social performance with broader marketing objectives.
  • Support campaign measurement frameworks and attribution models.

Collaboration
  • Work closely with account, creative, and strategy teams to establish measurable campaign objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations during internal and client meetings.
  • Support new business opportunities with audience, industry, and performance insights.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their native analytics tools.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards for multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
