This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you are fully supported by our collaborative team. Your role will be characterized by a manageable caseload, with the expectation to conduct up to twenty-eight client visits per week. You will participate in regular team meetings aimed at professional development and client care enhancement. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to inform personalized treatment planning.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, providing individual and group therapy, and employ therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms and strategies to maintain and enhance their mental well-being.

• Participate in continuing education initiatives to stay abreast of developments in mental health practices, contributing to your professional growth.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with Washington State regulations and ethical codes.

• A valid Washington State license as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role within a behavioral health setting.
• Strong foundation in Evidence-Based Practices, with a track record of applying these in therapeutic settings.

The salary range for this position is competitive at USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
