As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across diverse age ranges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Manage your caseload efficiently by completing all clinical documentation and notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Schedule ongoing appointments and maintain an updated calendar to optimize client care continuity.
• Collaborate with other therapists to share insights, discuss complex cases, and refine treatment strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Utilize a dedicated billing service for handling claims and insurance processes, allowing you to concentrate more on providing quality care rather than administrative tasks.

Your role will involve working with a wide variety of clinical presentations, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues. We serve individuals and couples from various backgrounds, each with their unique experiences and challenges. You will be instrumental in guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current LCSW license to practice independently in California.
• Strong professionalism with a commitment to maintaining excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organize work to meet deadlines.

• Experience in providing therapy to couples is highly valued and will be taken into consideration during the selection process.

• Very comfortable utilizing teletherapy tools and electronic medical records.
