Help Esteem Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our mission-driven team. Work Environment

This role will be primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a supportive team environment committed to professional growth and collaboration. Utilize modern teletherapy tools to connect with clients effectively, ensuring that you maintain accessibility while providing top-tier mental health support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify needs, strengths, and viable paths for intervention.
  • Implement established behavioral management strategies tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
  • Offer individual and group counseling sessions, employing psychotherapy techniques that resonate with clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to evaluate treatment outcomes and adapt approaches as needed.
  • Provide resource support to families, helping them navigate community services and tools that can promote healing and improvement.
  • Apply evidence-based practices consistently to ensure that clients achieve optimal outcomes in their mental health journeys.
  • Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your work will be pivotal in supporting these individuals through tailored interventions and by connecting them with necessary resources, promoting overall wellness and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work or a closely related discipline.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health issues.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Three or more years of hands-on clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and maintain clear communication with team members and clients.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to offer virtual therapeutic support.
  • Familiarity with community resources available to support mental health interventions.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
