Job description

Premier Bay Area Real Estate and Property Management Company seeking an experienced and intuitive Community Manager for lease up on a new multi-family housing development.

Required Duties:

  • Community Manager is a working manager, handling all duties such as leasing, review of work orders, resident retention, rent management and assisting staff with overflow of work.
  • Manage and maintain property standards and safety rules.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance.
  • Manage and secure contract bids regarding property improvement and repair.
  • Walk all vacant rent ready apartments ensuring that work has been completed and unit is rent ready.
  • Manage rent collections and maintain low delinquencies and bad debt collections.
  • Responsible for on-call service when necessary.
  • Showing and renting apartments when necessary.
  • Full-time opportunity with medical/dental and vision benefits plus on-site housing.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory skills and management preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Outlook and Google
- Hands on experience with AppFolio preferred
- Social media awareness (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
