We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Clinical and Administrative Dental Assistant to join our outstanding team as a Dental Office Floater. This part-time, dual-role position is approximately 70% back office and 30% front office—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork, and who is dedicated to both patient care and smooth office operations.

Back Office (70%):
Assist with operatory turnover and maintain a clean, efficient treatment environment
Sterilize instruments and ensure operatories and sterilization areas are fully stocked
Support the main dental assistant and hygiene team during procedures
Take diagnostic dental X-rays
Assist hygiene with periodontal charting/probing
Help manage smooth patient flow throughout the day
Front Office (30%):
Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally
Assist with scheduling and maintaining a full hygiene schedule
Step in at the front desk as needed to support patient check-in/check-out
Provide administrative support when the regular front office team member is out

Salary Range

Part-time $25 - $30 per hour
