Location: Diamond Bar, California (Hybrid or Remote may be considered)

Position: Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Approximately 15–25 hours per week (flexible schedule based on business needs)

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help expand our brand, strengthen our online presence, and support client outreach and business development.


Whether you are a marketing student, recent graduate, or someone with digital marketing experience, we welcome enthusiastic applicants who are eager to learn and grow with our firm.


Responsibilities


The Marketing Coordinator will assist with a variety of marketing and business development projects, including:


Develop and implement marketing strategies for the law firm.

Create marketing materials, newsletters, brochures, and promotional content.

Manage and update the firm's website and social media platforms.

Draft and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, and other social media platforms.

Assist with SEO, online advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Coordinate seminars, webinars, networking events, and community outreach.

Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and marketing performance.

Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other marketing vendors.

Support attorneys with branding and business development initiatives.

Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus.

Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, or social media marketing is preferred.

Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required.

Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.
