We are seeking a Receptionist/Legal Assistant to greet our clients, direct incoming communications, and provide general administrative support to our legal team. You will be the friendly face and voice of our firm, ensuring every potential and existing client feels valued, heard, and cared for.


Key Responsibilities

  • The Warm Welcome: Greet clients upon arrival with a genuine smile and exceptional hospitality.
  • Phone & Communication Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with warmth and efficiency.
  • Administrative & Legal Support: Assist attorneys and legal staff with general administrative tasks, including mail, scanning, filing, and scheduling.
