Responsibilities
  • Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Conduct open houses
  • Make out going phone calls, texts and emails to convert leads into clients
  • Participate in weekly script practice
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
