SVN | Northern Commercial is seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join our Indianapolis team as Office Commercial Real Estate Brokers. As an Office Broker, you will work with businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants throughout Indianapolis and surrounding markets. You’ll develop relationships, identify opportunities, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and build a business of your own with the support of experienced brokers.
What You’ll Do
  • Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of office properties
  • Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach
  • Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities
  • Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations
  • Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close
  • Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For
