In a growing company, no two days look the same, and this role will evolve alongside Mainstreetโ€™s portfolio.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

โ€ข Maintain and update project management software daily across all active development projects, ensuring milestones, schedules, budgets, and action items are current and accurate.

โ€ข Review LOIs and PSAs, ensuring company meets deadlines and expectations.

โ€ข Attend consultant and project meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-up items through to completion.

โ€ข Coordinate due diligence activities including environmental, geotechnical, survey, title, and technical studies โ€” managing timelines and flagging issues to the Senior Development Manager.

โ€ข Research municipal requirements, zoning regulations, and entitlement processes to support the Senior Development Manager in regulatory approvals.

โ€ข Prepare materials for presentations to city councils, planning commissions, and stakeholders.

โ€ข Bring questions, roadblocks, and decisions to the Senior Development Manager proactively and with supporting context.

โ€ข Support coordination of project handoff from development to operations and asset management teams.

โ€ข Perform additional project-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Development Manager.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

โ€ข 2โ€“5 years of experience in real estate development, construction, urban planning, commercial real estate, or a related field.

โ€ข Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and a track record of managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously throughout various projects and verticals.

โ€ข Proactive communicator who surfaces issues early and comes prepared with context when seeking guidance.

โ€ข Comfortable owning day-to-day consultant coordination and accountability for project tracking.

โ€ข Familiarity with project management tools and software; quick to learn new systems.

โ€ข Basic understanding of real estate development processes, due diligence, and entitlements preferred.

โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills.

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & LOCATION:

โ€ข Salary of $70,000 on an annual basis.
