• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the unique goals and experiences of each client.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuing education to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients from a broad range of backgrounds, addressing diverse mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and coping strategies. You will build therapeutic relationships that foster trust and openness, enabling clients to share their experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Your work will significantly impact their mental health journey, equipping them with tools and strategies for lasting personal improvement and resilience.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is necessary.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar environment, although specific experience levels may vary for entry-level candidates.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
