• Conduct thorough assessments to understand and address clients' mental health concerns, including formulating clinical diagnoses and crafting personalized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality therapy sessions that may include individual, group, or family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to client goals.
• Respond to acute mental health crises by offering immediate crisis intervention and support, maintaining a focus on client safety and stabilization.
• Keep detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, complying with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources available to support their journey.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health therapy through pursuing ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities.

You will engage with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their individual circumstances, fostering resilience and personal growth, and contributing positively to their overall quality of life.

• Possession of a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) in New York State.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills essential for effective therapy delivery.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and participate collaboratively in team-based care.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in therapeutic practice.

While entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply, previous experience in a clinical setting is beneficial. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms is a plus, as is experience providing support to diverse populations.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this, we are pleased to provide a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
