Riverside Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote role. As a member of our mental health service delivery team, you will provide critical therapeutic interventions to enhance the well-being and resilience of our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand and address clients' mental health concerns, including formulating clinical diagnoses and crafting personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions that may include individual, group, or family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to client goals.
  • Respond to acute mental health crises by offering immediate crisis intervention and support, maintaining a focus on client safety and stabilization.
  • Keep detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, complying with ethical standards and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated and holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) in New York State.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills essential for effective therapy delivery.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
