  • Hiring: Full-Time Entry-Level Production Associate

  • Location: Louisville, Mississippi
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Entry-Level Production Associate Responsibilities (please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and you may be asked to assist in other areas as needed):
  • Accurately cutting and assembling hydraulic hoses according to company policies, customer specifications, and production guidelines
  • Completing and submitting inspection paperwork and inventory records
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment while following safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment
  • Keeping your work area neat and clean
  • Following all quality standards and inspections
  • Collaborating with team members and following directions from leadership to fulfill customer orders and meet delivery timelines
  • Identifying and working through nonconformance of products/standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and serving as a positive example for quality, safety, and compliance practices
  • Cross-training in other business areas to support the company's vision, mission, and values

Entry-Level Production Associate Qualifications:
  • 18+ years old
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard business practices
  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • PREFERRED - Industrial manufacturing experience
  • PREFERRED - Forklift certification (training is provided)

Necessary Abilities & Skills
  • Ability to use tools and equipment like saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documents and work instructions
  • Ability to lift 65 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to read tape measures and digital calipers
  • Ability to build rapport and foster trust with teammates
  • Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to type 25+ wpm
  • Multitasking, time management, and task prioritization skills
  • Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills
